Bên cạnh những dạng bài viết lại câu liên quan đến câu bị động, câu tường thuật, mệnh đề kết quả,… mà thầy Nguyễn Trung Nguyên – Giáo viên môn Tiếng Anh tại Hệ thống Giáo dục HOCMAI đã chia sẻ trong các buổi livestream Bứt phá điểm thi vào 10 cùng HOCMAI trước đó, trong buổi tư vấn kiến thức hôm nay, thầy Nguyên đã cùng các bạn học sinh tìm hiểu một số cặp cấu trúc viết lại câu đặc biệt và thường gặp trong các bài thi Tiếng Anh vào 10. Cấu trúc “dành thời gian làm gì đó” Trong dạng này có 2 cấu trúc và chúng được chuyển đổi qua lại để có thể viết được 1 câu có ý nghĩa tương ứng It + somebody + Time + To V + O Mất bao lâu để làm gì đó. VÍ DỤ – It takes me about 45 minutes to complete all homework today. – It took me 2 hours to get to school by bus yesterday. – It will take everyone 5 minutes to fill out this survey. S + spend + Time + V-ing + O Ai đó dùng thời gian làm gì VÍ DỤ – I spend about 45 minutes completing all homework today. – I spent 2 hours getting to school by bus yesterday. – Everyone will spend 5 minutes filling out this survey. Điểm khác biệt lớn nhất giữa hai cấu trúc chính là cấu trúc It + sb + Time + to V + O các bạn sử dụng to V, còn cấu trúc S + spend + Time + V-ing + O sử dụng V-ing. Khi chuyển đổi câu giữa hai cấu trúc này, học sinh phải đảm bảo nguyên tắc về thì của động từ. Cấu trúc “có thể làm gì đó” Trong dạng cấu trúc này, cấu trúc It + to be + possible for somebody to V + O được dùng với to V và cấu trúc S + Can/Could/Be able to + V + O sử dụng V nguyên thể để diễn tả ai có thể làm gì đó. It + to be + possible for somebody to V + O Ai đó có thể… VÍ DỤ – It was possible for all of my friends to get high results for that exam. – It will be impossible for us to go to school on time. – It is possible for my brother to pass the final test. S + Can/Could/Be able to + V + O VÍ DỤ – All of my friends could get high results for that exam. – We will not be able to go to school on time. – My brother can pass the final test. Tương tự hai dạng cấu trúc trên, khi chuyển đổi câu giữa hai cấu trúc, học sinh cần lưu ý chia đúng thì của động từ để đảm bảo đúng cấu trúc ngữ pháp của câu. It + to be + Necessary/Essential + for sb to V + O Cần thiết để làm gì đó VÍ DỤ – It is necessary for all students to take part in the upcoming event. – It was not essential for my parents to worry that I would fail the test. S + need + to V + O Ai đó cần làm gì VÍ DỤ – All students need to take part in the upcoming event. – My parents didn’t need to worry that I would fail the test. Cấu trúc “thích làm gì đó” Theo thầy Nguyên, dạng cấu trúc này thường được chuyển đổi qua lại giữa hai cấu trúc sau S + to be + interested in V-ing O Thích làm gì đó VÍ DỤ – My brother is not interested in playing video games. – Some people are interested in watching the new movie. S + like + To V/V-ing + O VÍ DỤ – My brother doesn’t like playing video games. – Some people like watching the new movie. Cấu trúc “thành công làm gì đó” Cấu trúc viết lại câu đặc biệt tiếp theo dùng để nói về ai đó thành công khi làm công việc gì. Dạng cấu trúc này cũng bao gồm hai cấu trúc và học sinh hoàn toàn có thể chuyển đổi qua lại để tạo nên một câu mới với ý nghĩa không đổi. S + to be + successful in V-ing + O Thành công làm gì đó VÍ DỤ – My best friend was finally successful in solving the math question. – The doctor succeeded in saving a patient’s life. S + manage + to V O Thành công làm gì VÍ DỤ – My best friend finally managed to solve the math question. – The doctor managed to save a patient’s life. Cấu trúc “nên làm gì đó” Đây là một dạng cấu trúc về lời khuyên. Và dạng cấu trúc này cũng được chuyển đổi qua lại giữa hai cấu trúc “You should/had better V O A” và “If I were you, I would…”. Trong đó, cấu trúc “If I were you, I would…” chính là cấu trúc của câu điều kiện loại II. You should/had better V O A Bạn nên … VÍ DỤ – You should learn at least 5 new words a day. – You shouldn’t forget to complete all your homework. Cấu trúc về thì hiện tại hoàn thành Đây là dạng cấu trúc khá đơn giản bởi công thức được xây dựng dựa trên kiến thức của thì hiện tại hoàn thành. Tuy vậy, đây là dạng cấu trúc viết lại câu khá quan trọng mà thầy Nguyên lưu ý các bạn học sinh cần ghi nhớ. Tuy nhiên, trong đề thi thường xuất hiện rất nhiều cấu trúc khác nhau để yêu cầu học sinh chuyển đổi.
